Most people react to noisy neighbours by turning up the TV, listening to music or simply complaining to their loved ones.
But one woman took a different approach when she heard the female next door to her having extremely loud sex.
Stacey Ritzen, 38, was working on her computer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, yesterday afternoon when she heard her neighbour starting to moan.
Before long, the moaning had escalated to shrieks and yelps of pleasure, and Ms Ritzen found she could no longer concentrate.
Instead, she decided to record audio of the sex session on her phone - and live tweet it to all her followers.
In her first tweet, Ms Ritzen, who works as a blogger for Uproxx, wrote: 'Who wants to hear my terrible neighbour having extremely loud sex?'
Alongside the question she posted a video of her living room wall, with her neighbour's moaning audible on the other side.
Shortly after, she uploaded an image of a school bus parked on the street outside, telling her followers she was '95 per cent sure' her neighbour is a bus driver.
As the steamy session continued, Ms Ritzen tweeted: "It's still going on," with another audio clip of the unidentified couple.
Twenty minutes later, after the noise appeared to have stopped, she added: "Oh god... it's starting again. HOW MANY ORGASMS MUST ONE WOMAN HAVE????"
She then shared another short clip, writing: "HAND TO GOD".
A while later, Ms Ritzen acknowledged that her neighbour's shrieks could be concerning - but assured her followers that the woman was safe and clearly happy.
"My video camera cut off halfway into that last one so it just sounds like someone is being murdered. I assure you that's not the case," she tweeted.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Ms Ritzen's tweets quickly went viral, with many deeming the series of audio clips 'hilarious' and 'brilliant'.
The blogger wrote the following day that her neighbour was not having another loud sex session - but had invited noisy friends over.
"I think this is a sign that I need to move," she tweeted.
